Game unstable and lots of disconnects

Since the last audio update my game lags a lot and i keep getting disconnected. This was never an issue before last patch. I am on xbox one. Servers say 20ms but in game my character is slow and glitchy.

Wasted my money on the battle pass for absolutely no customer service or real answer to why this is going on still after a month. Many friends experiencing the same problems.

Same here. I get the red icon in the corner ever since that update even though my connectivity is good.

Hey @Your_Taanie_ZA and @JSw33ney @I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here:https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
