Game thinks I’m a trial player

-my Xbox is the only Xbox, so it’s home Xbox 

- only account that plays battlefield but because I have family sharing my other family accounts would be able to play

- don’t have ea access 

- bought a physical disc at Walmart

please fix this problem, would love to be able to play the full game soon.

1. my Xbox is home Xbox. There is my profile on it and my sons. He doesn’t play BFV though. 
2. Only I play BFV

I cannot play the game because it thinks I'm a trial player after I downloaded the trial on Sunday and played (hence bought the game). I am on my only console and I bought the disc today and it wont let me after downloading"this content is not available to you as a Battlefield V trial player". GT: HIRSTY80. This is the first time I've bought a game only for me not be able to play it, its a serious issue for your customer service that needs to be addressed immediately.

@EA_Atic Bought the disc version of bf5 (on Xbox One X) today. Never played the trial - and can't play multiplayer as it says I haven't purchased the game and am in trial 'mode'. A great first impression!

Don’t help. Theoretically that should be right. But not with EA games.

@Sk1nh3d I called EA yesterday, they told me it's a console issue, not something they can fix.
