Game stuck on loading screen

The game is stuck on the loading screen. I tried opening it on different iOS devices, reinstalling it, rebooting... but nothing works. What’s going on? It’s been an hour or so and still nothing...

In having the same problem except my screen is white and it says starting but hasn't started
