Game stuck in loading and car bug

Hi guys. Its been 3 days that i cant play nfs game. Since i baught honda s2000 and sent it to garage and choosed it into my ride i saw that most of the cars body is not loaded and game suddenly crashed. Until now anytime i select solo or online the game will stuck in loading. Im on ps4 what should i do?
