Game running worse than ever? [ Edited ]

Over the last week or so the game seems to have taken a decline, is anyone else noticing it? 

Hit registration - getting a lot of hit markers with no damage recorded.

Lag - 9/10 matches have some sort of lag going on, teammates moving weird, opponents moving weird, taking damage after rounding a corner, shutting a door, through cover, etc.....my ping is around 30 most nights.

Sound - hearing caustic traps with no caustic near by? Teams rushing us without making a sound? 

Disconnects - same poop different day on this one - 1 out of 4 matches roughly gets a dc
