Game refuses to Download

My launcher has been sitting here for two days "downloading" the game and it is still at 0% AND nothing is flashing by like what usually happens when you have a download bar.  I uninstalled the game two days ago bc for two days before that it was "patching" the game, but with no progress shown.  Someone please help!!
