Game not working

I pre-ordered the game for XBOX One but when i try to play it it won't work even though it's the 14th and i'm supposed to get it 3 days early so it should be today.

Ok I just realized that it's only if you pre-order Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T SAY THAT WHEN I PRE-ORDERED!!!! I deserve a refund...
