Game not loading

★ Novice

I can’t get past the loading screen, and “Network error” message keeps popping up, despite my internet working fine.

I am trying to compete limited time quests but have been locked out of the game for hours and may lose the ability to complete the quests. Not happy

@McMikeus DUUUUUDE ME TOOOO!!! I'm legit freaking out over here because I am TRYING to complete the frikken Wedding Quest but I've lost so much precious time!! I've tried everything from switching wifi to reinstalling the app!!

Wanna guess the BEST PART?!?? It isn't giving me the option to LOAD MY PREVIOUS GAME DATA!!!!!!!

If this crap don't work it out I swear I'mma be even more pissed!!! I had done so much and I actually had Simcash!!!

FIX IT EA!!!!!

@McMikeus Me too, I’ve been trying to get on for over two hours. I have limited time tasks I’ve nearly finished. If I miss it, I’m quitting the game.

@Phantomlover1717 It seems to load pretty quick now (thanks) but I still don't see the restore data/progress option before or after going through the tutorial.

@CremisiRammarico did you have any of the cloud options linked like your EA account or the Game Center options? 
Do you still have the Player ID from the account you're trying to restore?

@CremisiRammarico good that means there should be a back up.

Now you can try to log in with your Game Center account, see if it will connect.
Or contact EA to ask if they can help you restore your game:

 

The best thing at this time is to contact an EA game advisor about this issue. 

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. First things first, write down your Player ID or take a screenshot of it.

- Open side menu

- Click the gear icon

- Click the 'Help & About' tab

- Click 'Help'

Your browser opens

- Scroll down and click on 'Contact Us'
