I can’t get past the loading screen, and “Network error” message keeps popping up, despite my internet working fine.
I am trying to compete limited time quests but have been locked out of the game for hours and may lose the ability to complete the quests. Not happy

We’ve had server outage in the last 2-3 hours. Couple of our brave engineers rushed in to the office at night to fix it. Please check if it works for you now and thanks for your patience! We’ll get to work tomorrow to further investigate. #TheSimsMobile

@CremisiRammarico did you have any of the cloud options linked like your EA account or the Game Center options?
Do you still have the Player ID from the account you're trying to restore?

@CremisiRammarico good that means there should be a back up.
Now you can try to log in with your Game Center account, see if it will connect.
Or contact EA to ask if they can help you restore your game:
The best thing at this time is to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. First things first, write down your Player ID or take a screenshot of it.

- Click the gear icon
- Click the 'Help & About' tab
- Click 'Help'
