Game not loading

Hi.

Just installed BF5. When I start it, all I see is a picture of a grey German aeroplane wing with a swastika and some weird music.

There it stays forever and thats all.

Is this expected ?

Yes, on PC.

I took the refund path that seems to work,

I'm also having the same problem but mine shows the starting screen. I doesn't say to press buttons or anything at all. It then switches to a back screen and in the top right corner I see that it's loading. It will load for about 15-25 secs then I will take me back to my home screen. How do I fix this. #ThisGameBroken

Sorry the game didn't work out for you, but I'm glad you were able to get a Refund.
