Game not loading with specific account

Hello, What's happening?I try to play the game, but it doesn't load. I try to switch accounts and on my alt account and its loading. Why is this happening? Am I banned? Please help me out.

It seems to be a bug that appear if you linked your steam friendlist.
Still looking for a way to unlink here.
