Game not launching on Origin (PC)

Bought game from origin yesterday

clicked "play", goes to desktop screen for 2 seconds, goes back to origin. reinstalled game, disable firewall etc, does not work. DirectX updated.

laptop is new btw.

i7 9750H

16gb ram

2080 max q

latest nvidia driver

Hi I have managed to solve my problem so far (solution on another thread). 

After you click play on origin, quickly open any folder and drag the window around the desktop. The game then started running. Once in the game, change the resolution to borderless and off HDR.

I cannot understand why this solution works SMH.

@Rusty8686 It's been doing this for me all day, I just played it like 2 days back and everything was fine, I'm not sure what else to try that I haven't already.

I have the same problem all the time and the game doesn't launch and i tried almost everything! HELP PLEASE
