Game not going in true fullscreen? Still no fix??? [ Edited ]

My game simply won't go into fullscreen. It'll only go borderless windowed. I can feel the input lag and I have tried everything. 

I have tried:

disabling fullscreen optimizations

checking game files to put fullscreen on "1" 

alt+enter

switching from fullscreen screen to windowed then back to fullscreen

launching origin from desktop

changing high dpi settings

"-fullscreen" launch options

Please help as it makes the game very uncomfortable to play

Hey @dbear1991!

- Do you have multiple monitors? If so, can you do it by unplugging one or more of them? 
- Have you tried changing the desktop resolution?
