Game leaving guild alone [ Edited ]

Dear Support, 

A few days ago I was removed from my guild. I was told by my guild officer
that it looked like I left the guild myself, but I did not do it. 
In following days I have tried to join several guilds and every time, after
a few hours, my account was leaving the guild itself at the time when I was
not active. 
Moreover, all my allies were removed from the list every time this
happened. 
Is there any solution for this problem? What can be done so I can join the
guild and stay there?
How I can play? Alone?

Thanks for reaching out. Is this still happening for you? If it is then please try the following steps: Andriod / iOS

Please skip the "clear cache" steps of troubleshooting, also before you uninstall make sure you make a note of your Ally ID, in case anything goes wrong.

having same problem. I rejoined and 1-2 hours later It said I left the guild again. I lost progress in tb (of course it had to be the final day) and sith raids etc
