Game lags/freezes since the last update

Since the last update, my game freezes or lags regularly.  According the game client server lag is constantly around 50ms.. but every few minutes I completely freeze for 3 - 5 sec., it's like hitting a wall on speeder or like the world is not responding in a fight.. I just have to wait.. but it's quite often.. is it something that is worked on? I think that I am not the only one with this problem. But can't find it between know issues.

This is a known issue with the servers at present, and is being worked on.

Best recommendation at present is if possible when affected see if you can switch phases/ instances.

Most of the planets and phases should be fixed on the server side. The remaining phases will be fixed with the next maintenance as outlined by Eric here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9720466#edit9720466
