Game isn't fluid when FPS between 90-140

What happens when the bug occurs? 

FPS beetwen 140 and 90. Game isn't fluid. Impression of fps loss. Really hard for eyes. Impression of playing at less than 30 fps
My mate with GTX 1050 and 16Gb of RAM has the same issue since morning.

Solution: Reinstall the game. Still some drop, but it's better

Same here, I'm playing with 90-140fps, but feels like 30. Especially when bunnyhopping
