I downloaded Battlefield 5 and any time I try to play the game a amd error pops up saying I need to update my drivers as it is reading the driver as 0.0.0 when it reality I have 18.12.1 in the installer. I have a RX AMD 580 as well as a 15DD graphics drives. I feel like it is reading my 15 DD driver, which is my on board graphics, but even when I disable it it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Somewhere in your graphics drivers, you should be able to select graphics card.
Also, you might want to use DDU to do a clean install of the latest 18.12.2 drivers:
