Game is becoming a nightmare to play

Videos not playing properly which is causing reward loss. Game constantly crashing. Having to constantly force shut down because of game freeze. Constant pop ups of surprise choice which ruin the game. Crashing while leaving a party. Not just crashing during parties. Game has been running worse since lama truck was added. I refuse to even use the lama truck. Please rethink game play for this game. It's not fun anymore. Thanks

Could you try contacting EA, see if they can help with any of them?

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

@Phantomlover1717 I'm not the only one having these issues. I have spoken to others privately and at Sims party chat. All have the same story as I do. Contacting EA game advisor is not going to fix the issues. That is something the game developers need to look into. This is why I posted here since they read the boards. I won't be able to contact EA. Unfortunately we have a major hurricane coming and I suspect we will be without internet or power for weeks.

@Phantomlover1717 thanks. That is one big storm. I have reported allot of bugs. I reported the constant crashing in this section since the forum states to report crashing in the tech section.
