Game instability at certain PoIs

Every time I go to specific areas on the map (Hydroponics, Orbital Cannon, and Solar Array) my connection to the server becomes severely unstable.  Whenever I enter these PoIs my ping spikes between 150-999, all audio except footsteps, healing, and my own gunshots cuts out, the model of my gun disappears, and the game freezes up with an occasional code:net error.  This is new with season 7 and I've not had any of these issues before.  Any help would be cool.

Well it seems like what a mere repair game couldn't fix, a full reinstall did.
