Game goes dark while playing in VR mode whenever moving head

Screen goes dark when I turn or move my head much in VR.   Basically if I move my head to follow t he ships my screen goes dark.  I'm guessing the game has some arbitrary boundaries in the cockpit, but it would be nice to be able to adjust them or at least see them.  They seem to me to be much too small.   Supper annoying during a fight when I'm following a ship with my head as it turns and screen just goes dark constantly.   I saw one other person post but is this not a common issue?

@Wimlin I have gotten the dark screen, but a quick recalibration fixed it.

Might not be what's happening to you, for me it was only after I had moved the headset is some way. (taken it on/off, readjusted position on head etc.)
