Game freezing/losing progress

The game keeps freezing and then when I reopen game, I’ve lost all current “work” or progress in the game. I will go back into the game and where I would’ve won all challenges of the sweet great challenge, going back into it I lose the first challenge. This is so frustrating and a waste of time.

@amyyjean when you say freezing do you mean the app gets stuck on the screen it's on? Or does it close itself? Or do you get a Where's the network error? Or something entirely different?
