Game freezing issues

Every time I click any part of the game, it spends MINUTES loading each part. Also my energy spent isn't counting towards my tickets since I've done at least 8 refreshes and spent the energy but my ticket count hasn't moved.

On the 25th there were reports of connecting issues which may have also been causing the freezes and should be addressed now per this announcement. How are you getting on now?
