Game freezes while trying to get to the menu screen [ Edited ]

When I try to go to the menu screen (after the title screen) the game abruptly freezes. No error, it just freezes. I have 417.35 nvidia drivers. DxDiag attached.

Edit: Now I get the infinite spinner error. What the f*ck is wrong with this game.
