Game freezes upon loading [ Edited ]

Game freezes upon tying to load into any many after September Title Update. I have linked my DxDiag and msinfo as stated by EA Help's twitter. The Windows Error part of msinfo has been isolated into a smaller file.

Can you try changing the anti-aliasing graphics option from MSAA to FXAA as that is reported as a potential solution here:
