Game freezes on loading screen SWTOR

Hello,

Would anyone know how to fix this? I'm pretty sure I pass all system requirements, and I have tried many solutions like changing the height, width, refresh rate, directx, repairing, etc. and still can't find a solution to this. I can open the launcher perfectly and click play but after the first loading screen appears, the blue loading circle spins for 1-3 seconds or sometimes not at all, it freezes and then my mouse pointer also starts to load. And if I click on the screen it will crash. I also want to mention that 1-2 years ago the game worked with no errors on my older laptop (which I still have) but it seems to have this problem on my newer one.

Could be antivirus or firewall related, have you looked at that side of things ?

could post a dxdiag to look over too
