Game freezes everytime I play the league- ps4 [ Edited ]

Game will not load when I try to play the league , and also crashes sometimes on franchise and the streets as well . As I type this it's frozen on the league when I tried to do the draft combine.  Please do help I honestly like this game . Thanks in advance.
