What happens when the bug occurs? When I'm in the loading screen from the lobby into the legend select screen my game will freeze and make a repeated noise that is similar to other games when a game freezes on xbox. Sounds like "rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".
What should be happening instead? The game shouldn't freeze and instead load me into legend select.

Try to change you lobby featured skin. I found that Gibralters Neural Net skin caused this issue for me.

I had been looking at settings on audio/video looking to disable ingame because i had just changed discord to push to talk (stream rules) I realized later i should have just rebound the keyboard key

What happens when the bug occurs? Crash to Desktop. I did have a 2nd monitor attached at the time with a twitch stream running in chrome and previously discord had focus on 1st monitor. Latest insider preview build of windows 10.0.18334 Build 18334

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have 2nd monitor open with something burning gpu (twitch stream), focus on discord settings screen, alt-tab back to game during character selection and as soon as you are able hit escape to go to settings. crash to desktop while game switch to match mode.

This seems to happen whenever I first load the game up after not playing for a while. The first match I get into, once the character selection screen loads, the game will crash and send me back to the Xbox home screen. Once I load back in however the issue seems to go away

If you are dashboarding back to the Xbox Home Screen try these steps below they usually help clear that up.

Xbox One:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
