Game freezes and crashes in main menu when i click on any menu button

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Main Menu and Armory

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) After the Firestorm release
Summarize your bug In main menu if i choose to play any other gamemode than FIRESTORM, it freezes the screen and crashes without a message. If i click on Armory to claim my unlocks again it freezes and crashes to desktop. BUT If i join a Firestorm game, i quit while i`m in the hangar waitin for 64 players and then i click on any other game mode in the main menu, i can play every mode i want but i still can`t access my unlocks in armory to colect them cause it crashes the game with no error msg. In Windows Event Viewer the error has event id 1000, application error, windows 10.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think this must occur on AMD chipset PCs.Idk for sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes the game without any error
What should be happening instead? Be able to join any gamemode

Hey, @Doomcha  make sure that all drivers for windows and your gpu drivers are up to date. 

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Battlefield V and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
