What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was about to select a legend

What happens when the bug occurs? My game freezes in selecting screen right before I can select a legend the game does not register as not responding so I can't close it with task manager I can't alt tab and open the task manager that way either I used to be able to get it to close by hitting the windows key and restarting my PC because alt + f4 didn't work either now I am no longer able to use windows key because apex be like that now
What should be happening instead? I should be playing the game smh
