I've got the same issue (w/ video)
It can freeze up at any point during match setup and you have to kill the process

For me it ONLY happens in the legend select, as if its having a hard time switching models or something. It never happens once I'm in the map

I know you said you swapped out RAM a while back, have you tried running a memory test recently? Memtest86 is a well known site.

we have same problem with different setups So its not about hardware or something(-300 point for freeze xD) ITS ABOUT DUO EVENT UPDATE FIX IT

Is it freezing at the same point in game that @Yaoart posted earlier? Looks to be happening to @DjHeroCreep too.
It could very well be the update, but it's important to run through PC troubleshooting steps to confirm it's not hardware related. I know it can be frustrating to go through freezing and when you're troubleshooting one step after another it can feel like all hope is lost, but we'll find a fix or make sure the teams here are notified.
Please include a DxDiag if you're experiencing freezing so we can get those gathered for our QA team, thanks!

Please update your Windows 10 build to the latest version and I see some Xbox gamer Bar errors. Try disabling that and play the game after you have the latest Windows 10 build.
