Game doesn't start...

Hi,

I recently bought NFS Payback Deluxe ed. from origin. Installed it and try to play, but I keep stucked at the inicial screen. (see video)

I already added the game in Windows firewall whitelist.

Tried with AV disabled.

Don't have Daemon Tools installed.

I followed every step in those posts but nothing solved it...

Remove any and all peripherals including external hard drives, webcams, guitar hero controllers, joysticks etc. Just leave your mouse and keyboard attached.

After that, perform a clean boot to help ensure no other software is interfering (keep antivirus disabled too):

Nothing.... I tried every single key on the keyboard and nothing.

At this point I can only alt+tab to change focussed window.

Sorry for the long time with no answer, wasn't playing for a while. 

I finally found the problem, it was teamviewer, I need to stop the app before executing the game.

Thanks for posting, we have seen this kind of issue with TeamViewer before.

Wanted to finally try payback with origin access but the game keeps randomly crashing to desktop with no seeming cause it acts more like i have alt-f4'd the game. Have tried various fixes for crashing and have attempted a repair on the game multiple times including disabling overclocks. my specs are:

Ryzen 5 1600

16gb 3000mhz ram

1060 6gb strix
