Game doesn't start since Legacy Update

After updating the game no longer opens.

No error codes or anything, just once the "easy anti-cheat" finishes loading nothing happens. Doesn't even bring me to the "click to start" screen..

Apex Legends appears in Task Manager initially using some of my GPU but quickly that drops back down to 0% and the process stops itself.

Tried repairing, reinstalling, double checking updates.

This is probably related to the Windows "KB5001330 update". Uninstall that windows update. This update bugs any program. And will keep trying to install itself without you knowing it unless you pause Windows updates.
