Maybe it was unclear, but i still have the same issue.

Yes I had same issue as others. The re install of the Origin launcher client fixed it. I believe some have older Origin launchers like I did and it said it needed to update. Which I allowed. But My Origin launcher still looked not up to date as the latest. I would recommend Uninstalling Origin Launcher, go to the https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download and download and install this one. You should be good

I did not have an old one. First time downloading it yesterday. So this doesnt fix it for everyone.

I did all of those and still didn't work.

After that i deleted and reinstalled Origin, but that didn't fix it either.

Then I uninstalled both apex and Origin and downloaded both again and now it suddenly works!

Hey everyone, 

Thanks for the update for the above troubleshooting that I linked that did not working. 

We are going to need some more Dxdiag from you here. 

So far we have few player confirming that doing this may work: 

• Reinstall Origin and Apex. 
• Updating windows 10 to version 1809.

I do recommend these troubleshooting to start off:

• Clean boot.
• Run CCleaner.
• Turn of any Firewall or Anti Virus programs.
• Make sure that windows up to date. 
• Make sure that all drivers for your hardware is up to date. 

If nothing above work, please write down what you have done, it will easier for us to see what the potential issue can be.

Last change was uninstall origins again and Apex.
