Game disables my mic (Apex Legends) [ Edited ]

Games great but for some reason it just disables my mic outright on all programs including discord and obs and in game. If it helps im running an Audio Technica AT2020 Condenser mic with a Focusrite 2i2 interface

I have the exact same setup but it's not disabling my mic in other programs. Though my mic doesn't want to work in this game. Works everywhere else though.

Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm also using a Scarlett 2i2 and I'm having the same issues using an SM58
