Game didn’t load characters guns and gear

I Loaded out the game on my PS4 and I get into a match, spawned, and couldn’t use any of my equipment. My secondary loaded but I couldn’t aim or fire it. I couldn’t use any of my gear that I had chose to load either

If it only happened once I would just ignore it. If it happens all the time I would try reinstalling the game.
