Have you tried to right click the game in Origin and choose repair?
Have you updated everything, drivers/Windows?
Also try a clean boot.
To perform a clean boot in Windows 8 or Windows 10:
Press the "Windows + R" key to open a Run box.
Type msconfig and click OK.
On the General tab, click Selective startup.
Clear the Load startup items check box.
Click the Services tab.
Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box (at the bottom).
Click Disable all.
Click the Startup tab.
Click Open Task Manager.
On the Startup tab, right-click each enabled startup item and select Disable.
Click OK.
Click Restart.
Adding DxDiag info to your post may help also.
- Press 'Windows key' + 'R key' on your keyboard together. The Run window should appear.
- Type "dxdiag" (without quotes) into the 'Open:' field.
- Press OK. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool should open and start running.
- Wait for DXDiag to finish running.
- Click on the “Save All Information…” button.
- Save the file somewhere you will be able to find it easily.
- Edit your post a choose the saved file.
