Game crashing during campaign in same spot every time

Hello,

My game is crashing on PC whenever I step on the steps leading up to the archive in the Verdas The Storm campaign mission.  I cannot continue the campaign. 

When on borderless windowed, the game crashes to the desktop, when in full screen it just hangs, never exiting.

Please help.  Thank you.
