Game crashing after Holiday Celebration Update December 14, 2020

Hello, I’m having the same problem where my game is crashing upon opening the app ever since the latest update (dec 14, 2020). I have an iPhone 6s iSO 14.3. I know my phone is older, but I’ve been playing the game fine for years with little to no issues.

Same problem. No fixes. I have an android LG G6. I explained all the ramifications of this crash in my last response. Lost all my progress. Annoyed. If it isnt corrected, I am done with the game. Unfortunate.

I have the same problem. Follows the steps but they don’t help. So sad because of the quest and I bought the pack. Hope I still can make it.

As mentioned previously, my app acts like it will open and then closes out/crashes just before the app is done loading. Want to give details on my device:

I have an apple iPhone 11 iOS 14.3 (the latest update).  

so I don’t think it matters for people with older devices, the game is just not working.  I also have an apple iPad that I played TSM on for about 9 months before it suddenly started crashing all the time so I’ve just been playing it on my phone, but now neither device is working. I have deleted and reinstalled many times on both devices.

@SalixCatI've had this "can't open the sims mobile" problem for about two weeks now. i reinstalled the game, downloaded it again, tried to log in by any means, but nothing helps. Just downloading and that's it, I can't go in, I can't even see my ID, nothing loads. I have an ASUS ZB602KL phone, Android version 9.
