I experienced crash upon launching the game.
My device is iPhone 7 Plus. iOS version 14.2

I am still having this problem over 20 hours later. I am very frustrated at this as it's the treasure hunt event which is already hard to complete. I am playing on android Samsung galaxy s10. Android version is 10. I have contacted ea help directly through facebook, providing them with my player ID and they said they would fix this issue but it still is yet to be resolved. I hope, as there are many of us experiencing this issue, we will be given the opportunity to receive more time to complete the treasure hunt event as we have been disadvantaged.

Mine was working fine until I tried to attend a party 50 minutes ago.
Since then it tries to load but crashes.
Im using an iPad 5th gen software 14.2
I’ve followed the trouble shooting guide and done everything suggested except deleting and reinstalling app because I’m worried I’ll lose my progress.

I have a Pixel 3a, and my update worked fine from about 6:00pm last night until 3:00 pm today--I attempt to open the app and it crashes. Restarting my phone did not help.

I did all the steps given and to no avail it's still not working for me. It still kicks me out from the game. Please help me.
