Game crashes with memory can't be read/written error

This is very frustrating error that normally occurs when my games are going well. I might get it on every game or randomly after one hour of playing. It just suddenly crashes with "Memory cannot be read" or "Memory can't be written" error. 

Specs:

i5-6600k

Geforce GTX1060 6GB

16GB ram

Windows 7
