@EA_Barry still seeing the issue occuring on xbox in franchise currently.

I’m also getting error message CE-34878-0 when attempting to start a game in franchise mode on PS4. Had this same issue last year with madden 19 and it took a week for them to finally fix. I’ve had the game since last Tuesday and the bug just started yesterday.

tab over to visuals 

and at the bottom it should show a button for deleting visuals 

one of my uniforms i could not delete i think the light one but still worked for me

Any news on a fix for this yet? No update on PC and game still freezing after all troubleshooting suggested here...

Where can I go to delete the uniforms?

I HAVE TRIED EVERY TROUBLE SHOOTING. I HAVE TRIED PLAYING MY ACCOUNT ON A DIFFERENT XBOX?

I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND FROM EA AND XBOX. Nothing.

I spent over 200$ on packs and preorder to get a head start and I still cannot play Solo challenges to build my team. I just want my money back! Please take the game, it is incomplete for me and I waisted my money. I bought a gaming experience that did not deliver. 

EVERY TIME I TRY TO PLAY SOLO CHALLENGES I GET THIS ERROR:

I just want my money back please. I have spent hours calling customer support, and running through every trouble shoot step. Madden 19 worked fine for me.  

PLEASE DO NOT OFFER ME TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS.

Big Update yesterday and still the same problem... in Visual I can still choose light Jerseys. Really annoying when white Jerseys plays vs white jerseys.
