Game crashes my Xbox Series X [ Edited ]

Yeah what should i say. Another EA game crashes my console. I'm just playin a few minutes, sometimes an hour and suddenly my whole Xbox shuts down. Also happend with F1 2021 and Fifa 22. At least MICROSOFT solved this issue on Fifa 22 with a patch cause EA didn't do anything. Silence in the Forums as well.

And dare community managers please spare me with solution like: Is your console well ventilated etc. I don't know what you guys are making wrong with your previous games, but it is really nerve wracking.

The issues with consoles shutting down we’re confident that its been fixed with the latest firmware update to Xbox series S/X.

@Dany_Lakewood Actually sounds more like a problem with the console itself... do any other games give you any issues? Does the console get really hot?

@carsono311 no. I have my console since launch and played a lot of games. Happend only with EA games so far. So it's definitly not an console issue.

When (where in-game) does it crash and I assume you get back to the main menu on Xbox? @Dany_Lakewood

@EA_Atic It crashes in the middle of the game. And no, it brings me not back to the dashboard. My console shut down completely.

I have to push the on/of button on the console to power it up again.

I assume the game is on internal drive and not an external HDD? @Dany_Lakewood

Do you have any peripherals connected to the xbox?

@EA_Atic Yeah it is. Yes, one Usb cabel to load my controller. And the Astro A50 Gen4 Base station.

@Dany_Lakewood For testing purpose could you disconnect the Astro A50 Gen4 Base station and see if you experience the Xbox shutdown again.

How often does the crash happen?
What troubleshooting have you done in the past?

So i played like for 2 hours and couldn't finish one game completely...

I tried hard reset, clearing chache, power cycle etc. The standard thing you would do as a long time gamer i guess ^^
