Game crashes every time I try to play a live event

I can't resume or play any live events Everytime I try the game crashes and it's really annoying because I'm so close to finishing the 12 days of Christmas event and the fire and ice event and the classic and regular lineup events please fix the issue so I can complete my live events and if it's not fixed I think I deserve to play the events longer than the time shown and or be compensated thank you my username is MeccaDaGreat
