Game crashes computer after 15-30mins of play [ Edited ]

Game crashes my computer so it reboots after 15-30mins of play.

Computer specs:
i9-9900k water cooled
RTX2080TI water cooled

64GB DDR4
3x 1TB Samsung 970 Pro M.2 SSD
MSI MEG ACE motherboard


So its not about my computer, it can more than handle this game.
I have tried following things:
Windows file system checked, no faults
UNDERCLOCK my CPU to 4GHZ(usually 5.1GHZ), even tried the regular speed it comes with.
Set Heat for high priority on CPU usage(it was on low prio for some reason)
made the user.cfg for my cpu specs 8/16
reinstalled windows w10pro 2004 build, also tried 1909 build
reinstalled needed additions directx etc.
Tried to limit CPUs to game for 8 only
Have V-sync on 60FPS(I play 4k)
Limited FPS to 60 from rivatuner
Newest GPU drivers and tested old ones, no change
and some other stuff I dont remember but I have wasted like 20 hours trying to fix this game.

What if the F is wrong with this? this is good NFS game for a while but it dont work. I hate that I lose my rep/money when this game crashes without any warning
My Temps are not problem either. GPU is at 50c max, CPU is at 80c max at peaks, usually 60-70c
I really want my money back since this game seems that it wont work EVER


Im still open to ideas to what to try next or is this just again EA "quality" that we all know and never to buy EA products?

Is your power supply powerful enough to run your hardware comfortably? Is it running at 90% of its rated power? Do you see any error or does your machine just power off?

It's a joke of a company and one should not expect proper working games from them ever since 2015-2016.

Don't even get me started on the pathetic Community managers that keep talking out of their *.
