The game will not start for me on steam. The gui loads and I can select either Red Alert or C&C but the game crashes when I select either option.
I receive the following output in a crash window

Issues with third-party software is always a risk when releasing new games. To rule this out trying to exit some background applications is always a good troubleshooting step, if that fails a full clean boot my be worth it to rule out pretty much everything weird you might have running in the background:

Hey all,
If you're currently experiencing this issue and you've already tried @Carbonic's steps above, we would like to gather some information from you to aid the game team with their investigation.
If you could, please upload a DXdiag to a site like Hastebin/Pastebin and share the link with via private message so that I can share it internally. If this is happening on Steam we'll also need your Steam username.
We don't want you posting these files here as it gathers a lot of information you may not want to publicly post.
Thanks so much!

I've been seeing a lot of posts all relating from the same point.
The common factors I've seen are:
-Windows 10
-2 Files missing/damaged
-Effects Steam Users
Based on information I've been reading from other people experiencing other issues, I noticed the same common factor have been effecting people with Graphics related issues.
It might be possible that the missing/damaged files are Graphics Files and that there is a problem with the Steam Client and downloading/installing these files correctly. It's just a guess though, but worth looking in to. If their Screen-Resolutions or graphics cards are similar or identical to one another, then the chances are that my hypothesis may be in the ball-park.
