Game crashes and EA customer service is a mess

The game started crashing all of a sudden is season 3, just crashes, no error, no crash.txt created, game just freezes and I have to restart my computer.
I have an i7-9700, 2080ti extreme aorus, gskill 16gb 3000mhz, I do not think it is a hardware problem because everything else works great.
After a few talks with EA customer service I have tried restarting my windows, performing a clean driver install, creating new admin account, playing in borderless window.
I have sent EA my reports of DXDIag and MSINFO32 as requested by customer service, currently the site is bugging out on me, when I try to access my case I just see a blank screen
with no option to talk to chat or receive a call, this is all very frustrating.
I have included the screen that shows up when I try to talk to customer service.
