Game crashes After new event update(fight or fright)

so after this event update my game started crashing, the crash only happens when the match ends and I go back to lobby, at this point my game freeze and nothing works, even my stream goes off, and I have to restart the system. This freezing happens most at the event it self but in the normal or ranked it happens every 3-4 matches.

I'm playing this game since the season1 and I never had this problem before.

I repaired the game and updated my driver.
