Game crashed from friend invite, dosnt want to start.

Hi, sorry for this rant but im so sick of this games crashing and working when it wants to.

A friend invited me to a match, the game crashed. Now dosnt want to start.

"surgical unistalls" dont solve the issue.

Never during my 22 years of gaming has a game performed on such a subpar level.

1) why do you to use so many outdated C++ versions that are bugged and incompatible with never versions? A windows update is dettrimental to the game, this dosnt sound normal. 

2) why does not this issue get adressed properly? There are countless of comunity posts.
