Game crash when using buzzer beater ability

When I use Simmons' buzzer beater ability game is crash. It's always happen especially when I almost complete my hourly objective such as get 10 basket from H2H. I try everything (reinstall app,updating app, formatting my phone, updating my phone system). But it still remain crash. My phone is Android Huawei Nova2i and my account name in MBA live mobile is Pontrucci. Please help and fix this. Thx.
