Game crash during intro scene [ Edited ]

Hello,

The game just crashes to desktop, I've updated GPU drivers and I've tried DIRECTX_SELECT 0 and 1 with no success..

I cannot attach crash dumps so I've zipped an uploaded:

I've tried on another PC today Windows 10 Version 2004 (OD Build 19041.805), and the result is the same.

I would like to add that the game language is Arabic if this might help discovering the issue...

I'll uninstall and redownload/install the game again and see if this works.

Yes, I've and the same results.

Edit:

BTW, Origin starts just fine, the game launches just fine, I select the language and press start, then the into movie shows and few seconds later the game window just disappears.

Gotcha, I'm showing 2 other games and 1 program in your DXdiag that have crashing issues. You may want to doublecheck that you have your latest drivers installed as well as any potential Windows Updates that may be causing this.

Yep, but these are very old crashes fixed by updating drivers and installing required redist back then.

The game and app are working just fine, I can give you remote access if you need to.

Yep, tried that too, we also have a batch file that does this at startup.

Can you make sure if the latest FIFA 20 update works with my OS "Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)"?
