I purchased the downloadable code for BF1 in Feb. However, more recently the game has continuously and inconsistently been required to reinstall game and multiplayer before I can play.
It is random and the percentage of which I have to install from differs. On multiple occasions it has requested from around 91-93% of installation (approximately 30 minutes to install). However, I have also reinstalled from 0% once. It is as if i have not finished downloading when I turn the game on, though I have; now multiple times.
Also, I need to restart my Xbox to be able to go on multiplayer as it will not connect until doing so.
I wish to ratify this issue. I contacted Microsoft as i thought it might be their issue, though they said it was an EA fault.
I am playing on an Xbox ONE S. This was never a problem until about 3 weeks ago.
